Often Jill finds that volunteers turn over regularly and follow up training is required to ensure that use of the touchscreen is promoted by staff to tourists as a really effective way of informing tourists with sound and video. For this reason Jill scheduled a visitor centre service mission throughout Southern NSW and Central and Lower Victoria. Susan and Amanda enjoyed finding out about the QR (Quick response Codes on our system and the links to websites and commission free bookings on our take away app “Take you there”.
